We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The hours of work per week can be negotiated, though primarily will only be through school term times. Work is in and around the South Auckland area.
Te āhuatunga a te tūrunga (About the role)
The ideal candidate will be involved in the assessment, treatment, and development of strategies to support children in overcoming their challenges and achieving their full potential within school settings. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with other professionals to provide holistic care and support.
Ongoing professional development is part of our commitment to ongoing learning. Support and supervision are available from other OT's on the team.
The therapist should have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
